Your patience is appreciated. You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package had been shipped. Rest assured your package is in our system and will be heading your way soon! If it's been over four weeks feel free to email help@dazeyla.com to double check. Dazey is a very small team and it might take up to 72 hours during high volume times to hear back from the team, but rest assured you will definitely hear back. Items are sent as they are made so orders often are shipped separately.
If the package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information cost of resending package will be invoiced to the customer.
Once your package leaves the warehouse you will be sent USPS tracking information to show an item's location. Dazey is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. This includes items from the Dazey Lady Shop as well. Stole packages is a major issue and we recommend using a safe and secure delivery location when checking out. If you have an issue with lost or stolen package, please contact USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Worldwide shipping (generally) $25.00 flat rate with a max of 4 tees | 5-10 Business Days. Purchases from the Dazey Lady Shop are not eligible for international shipping and will be refunded if ordered. International orders are unavailable for returns or exchanges.

Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Dazey prides itself on slow fashion with quality products made to order in Los Angeles. To continue our mission of minimal waste and a concentration on high quality clothing we offer a return for store credit only. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of the product in order to receive store credit. Return credit cannot be applied towards future sales and/or promotions. Dazey Ambassador returns will be given store credit minus the amount of any commission they earned.
Shipping cost for returns will be deducted from store credit.
Purchases from the Dazey Lady Shop are not available for exchange and are non-refundable. Additional sales on markdown items will be FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled.
Only one discount code can be used per order.

If you have a problem with your order please reach out within seven days of receiving the order with photos attached and send to help@dazeyla.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.
Shipping cost for returns will be deducted from store credit.
